为进一步了解行业技术创新现状、识别关键技术领域和创新趋势,文章基于中国专利奖的角度,从专利数量、专利权人、专利运用、专利获奖周期和专利细分领域等多维度对获奖专利进行统计,分析了历届我国纺织领域获奖专利概况、运用及关键技术等情况.分析发现企业是获奖的主力军,获奖占比83%;纺织重点院校科研实力雄厚,单个创新主体获奖数量排名靠前;获奖专利具有地域集中和技术集中性,在江苏、山东、浙江等地较为集中,化纤、纺机、产业用三个细分领域的获奖专利数占比达77%以上,是未来我国纺织产业优先发展的重点领域;获奖专利运营热度较高,运营率36.3%,专利转让是主要的运营模式;获奖专利整体具有较强的专利稳定性.文章从获奖专利的角度为纺织行业的知识产权管理、专利规划和布局提供了参考.
Patent Awards in Textile Industry from the Perspective of China Patent Awards
In order to further understand the current status of technological innovation in the industry,identify key technological areas and innovation trends,the article analyzes award-winning patents from the perspective of the China Patent Awards.It examines these patents from multiple dimensions such as the number of patents,pa-tent holders,patent applications,award-winning periods,and patent segmentation fields.The article analyzes the overview,application,and key technologies of award-winning patents in the textile industry in China over the years.The analysis shows that enterprises are the main contributors to the awards,accounting for 83%of the a-wards;key textile universities have strong scientific research capabilities and rank high in the number of awards re-ceived by individual innovative entities.The award-winning patents are concentrated regionally and technological-ly,with a significant number from Jiangsu,Shandong,and Zhejiang,and the patents in the fields of chemical fi-bers,textile machinery,and industrial textiles represent over 77%of the total,indicating these as key areas for fu-ture development in China's textile industry.The operating popularity of award-winning patents is high with an op-erating rate of 36.3%,and patent transfer is the main operating mode.Overall,the award-winning patents as a whole have strong patent stability.The article provides a reference for intellectual property management,patent planning,and layout in the textile industry from the perspective of award-winning patents.
