摘要

探讨了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维生产过程中前后纺牵伸工艺对纤维性能指标及纺丝速度的影响,研究了后纺冷牵牵伸比对纤维强度、模量的影响,进而研究了前纺牵伸比对纤维的强度、模量、纺丝速度、凝胶丝收缩情况的影响.结果表明,后纺冷牵牵伸比的增加,能够有效提高纤维强度;前纺牵伸比的增加,有利于溶剂油的析出,提高纤维生产速度.这为进一步提高纤维产量、改善成品纤维质量的工艺开发,提供了理论及实践依据.

Abstract

This article analyzed the effects of pre-and post-spinning drawing processes on the properties and spinning speed of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fibers during production.The influ-ence of the post-spinning cold drawing ratio on the strength and modulus of the fibers were investigated,fol-lowed by the study of the effect of the pre-spinning drawing ratio on the strength,modulus,spinning speed,and gel fiber shrinkage of the fibers.The results indicate that increasing the cold drawing ratio during post-spinning ef-fectively enhance the fiber strength.In addition,increasing the pre-spinning drawing ratio facilitates the precipita-tion of solvent oil and improves the production speed.These results provide theoretical and practical basis to in-crease fiber production and improve the quality of the fibers.
