山西省知识产权保护工作难点分析及提升路径研究

摘要
在国家日益重视知识产权保护工作,推进知识产权保护工作赋能经济社会高质量发展的大背景下,针对山西省知识产权保护工作与发达省份差距较大的现状,本文认真梳理了山西省知识产权保护工作开展所面临的问题,深入分析导致工作难点出现的深层次原因,并根据实际情况因地制宜地提出若干解决对策,为相关工作突破瓶颈提供思路与参考.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the increasing emphasis on intellectual property protection by the country and the promotion of intellectual property protection to empower high-quality economic and social development,in response to the significant gap between intellectual property protection in Shanxi Province and developed provinces,this article carefully sorts out the problems faced by the development of intellectual property protection in Shanxi Province,and deeply analyzes the deep-seated reasons that lead to the emergence of work difficulties,And propose several solutions tailored to the actual situation,providing ideas and references for relevant work to break through bottlenecks.
