摘要
近年来,随着我国就业形势愈加严峻、结构性矛盾更加突出,共享员工以灵活用工、降本增效等优势,在我国就业市场逐渐兴起,受到社会的广泛关注.本研究以共享员工起源地欧洲作为研究对象,深入调研及分析法国、德国、荷兰等国家共享员工的发展历程和特点,总结欧洲共享员工制度的发展经验,为我国健全共享员工体系提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,the situation of employment graduate is urgent and the acute structural is imbalance in China.Employee sharing model has gradually emerged in the employment market with advantages such as flexible employment,cost reduction and efficiency improvement,which has aroused extensive attention from our society.We choose Europe as research object,which is the place of the origin of employee sharing.This study analysis the development process and characteristics of employee sharing model in countries such as France,Germany,Netherlands,Belgium and Austria.The development experience of employee sharing model in Europe has been summarizes.This study provides reference for promoting labor market develops harmoniously and stably.
