吉林省高校学术生产力测度与分析

摘要
增强国家战略科技力量,构建高质量新发展格局,须提升吉林省高校学术生产效率.本文通过DEA模型对吉林省高校学术生产力现状进行分析.结果显示:高校学术生产效率整体较高但差异明显,仍有提升空间;学术生产效率有效个数呈缓慢下降趋势;医药类高校各年平均学术生产效率均优于其他类别高校,艺术类排名较后;不同高校学术生产效率地区分布呈现差异化特征,高校间差距正逐年减小.
Abstract
In order to strengthen the national strategic scientific and technological strength and build a high-quality new development pattern,it is necessary to enhance the academic production efficiency of colleges and universities in Jilin Province.This paper analyzes the current situation of academic productivity of colleges and universities in Jilin Province through DEA analysis model.The results show that the overall academic production efficiency of colleges and universities is high but the difference is obvious,and there is still a lot of room for improvement.The effective number of academic production efficiency showed a slow decreasing trend.The average academic production efficiency of medical colleges and universities is better than that of other colleges and universities,and art ranks lower.The regional distribution of academic production efficiency of different universities presents different characteristics,and the gap between universities is decreasing year by year.
