摘要
通过分析我国工业软件发展情况,指出了关键核心领域国产化率低、工业软件企业研发创新投入不足、国产工业软件应用环境缺失以及高端人才严重缺乏等短板弱项问题.结合近年来行业政策红利持续释放、企业数字化转型需求加大以及软件知识产权保护力度加强等发展机遇,建议从加快关键核心技术突破、强化以市场需求为导向的发展机制、多渠道支持高端复合型人才培养等方面推进问题解决,促进行业高质量发展.
Abstract
By analyzing the development of industrial software in China,it is pointed out that there are shortcomings and weaknesses in the industry,such as low localization rate in key core areas,insufficient R&D innovation,lack of domestic industrial software application environment and severe shortage of high-end talents.In combination with the development opportunities,such as continuous release of industry policy dividends,increased demand for enterprise digital transformation,and strengthened protection of software intellectual property rights,etc.Suggest accelerating breakthroughs in key core technologies,strengthening market demand development mechanisms,and supporting the cultivation of high-end composite talents through multiple channels to promote high-quality development of the industry.
