To give more protection to smes in the protection of intellectual property is not only beneficial to improve the vitality of smes,but also to improve the competitiveness of smes in the market.Based on the function of intellectual property to the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises and the existing problems of intellectual property protection,this paper analyzes the countermeasures that should be taken in the construction and promotion of intellectual property protection system.Through the study of this paper can effectively improve people's attention to the protection of intellectual property,and provide more research ideas and reference for future research.
