In the construction of large-scale commercial complex projects,cost control is very important.It can not only reduce the project cost to a certain extent,but also help to further improve the economic benefits of the entire project.And commercial complexes are different from ordinary residential buildings.They are mainly multifunctional composite commercial centers dominated by modern service industries,including the provision of commercial services and the sale of physical goods,providing a certain channel for people's commodity needs.Based on this,this article conducts in-depth research on cost control strategies for large-scale commercial complex projects,hoping to provide assistance in improving the efficiency of cost management for large-scale commercial complex projects.
