Service oriented manufacturing is an important path for traditional manufacturing to obtain new quality productivity,it is of great significance for enhancing China's position in the global industrial chain and value chain.This study takes the perspective of new quality productivity as the entry point,systematically tracing the connotation concept,theoretical misunderstandings,driving mechanisms,development prospects,value propositions and future prospects of service-oriented manufacturing.The aim is to provide reliable theoretical basis and practical guidance for the transformation of traditional Chinese manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing and to help Chinese physical manufacturing enterprises achieve continuous expansion of profit space,optimization of supply structure,enhancement of service awareness and provide strong path support for the sustainable development of China's manufacturing industry.
