On January 1,2022,the world's largest free trade agreement RCEP officially came into effect,ushering in huge development opportunities for foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang.Firstly,the background and significance of the construction of RCEP were introduced,followed by the main characteristics of RCEP rules of origin.Then,through case analysis,the implementation process of RCEP rules of origin in Zhejiang was listed in detail,and the impact and challenges that RCEP rules of origin bring to the outward oriented economy of Zhejiang Province were analyzed.Finally,policy recommendations were proposed to improve the efficiency of RCEP rules of origin governance and serve a higher level of opening up to the outside world.
