Long-span cable-stayed bridges are flexible structures, and it is very important to monitor the vibration of the entire bridge caused by wind loads. The overall vibration response of large-span cable-stayed bridges under wind load is studied based on grating array vibration sensing technology.Firstly,a grating array sensing vibration sensing network for overall monitoring of the main beam is constructed, and then the vibration status of the bridge is monitored under different wind speeds. The measured vibration signals of grating array sensing optical cables are compared with that of the electrical vibration sensors, and then the global continuous vibration response of bridges under different wind speeds are analyzed. The analysis of measured data shows that the grating array vibration sensors are accurate and reliable in identifying the frequency of bridge vibration, and has a good effect on identifying the continuous vibration response of the bridge main beam in the entire domain.
