摘要

在全球化时代背景下,农产品加工与食品行业正面临着人口增长、资源稀缺、文化入侵、气候变化、消费者需求变化等诸多问题,进而对传统农产品加工产业产生了内在影响.农学与食品科学的融合发展成为解决上述问题的重要手段,农学研究可以为农产品加工产业提供原材料,而食品科学可以提高食品制作的品质与安全性,以此实现多样化发展.本文即在此背景下展开研究,总结农产品加工与食品创新需要解决的核心问题,进而提出农学与食品科学融合背景下的农产品加工与食品创新的有效路径.

Abstract

In the era of globalization,the agricultural processing and food industry is facing many problems such as population growth,resource scarcity,cultural invasion,climate change,and consumer demand changes,which have an internal impact on the traditional agricultural processing industry.The integration of agronomy and food science has become an important means to solve the above problems.Agronomy research can provide raw materials for the agricultural processing industry,and food science can improve the quality and safety of food production,so as to achieve diversified development.In this context,this paper carries out research,summarizes the core problems that need to be solved in agricultural product processing and food innovation,and then puts forward the effective path of agricultural product processing and food innovation under the background of the integration of agronomy and food science.
