摘要

煤层气井的开采与常规油气田不同,常采用排水采气.在排采过程中,受多种因素的综合影响,使整个系统效率降低.为提高煤层气井机采系统的能效,对各个影响因素进行研究分析,得出其影响规律,并总结出系统节能降耗的措施.本文通过对煤层气井机采系统的能量转换过程进行剖析,得出能量传递过程中各个阶段的能量损耗,进而分析每一阶段对系统能效的影响,总结出煤层气井机采系统能效的主要影响因素,即电机、机械结构、抽油泵、抽油杆、盘根盒及井筒这五个部分,得出电机损耗是整个系统运行过程中能量损失的主体.

Abstract

Coalbed methane wells are extracted differently from conventional oil and gas fields,and drainage is often used for gas extraction.In the process of drainage and extraction,the combined influence of single or multiple factors makes the whole system less efficient.In order to improve the energy efficiency of coalbed methane well machine mining system,each influencing factor is studied and analyzed,and its influence law is derived and the system energy saving and consumption reduction measures are summarized to provide technical support for the actual production.This paper analyzes the energy conversion process of CBM system,derives the energy loss in each stage of the energy transfer process,and then analyzes the influence of each stage on the energy efficiency of the system,and summarizes the main influencing factors of the energy efficiency of CBM system,i.e.,five parts,namely,electric motor,mechanical structure,pumping pump,pumping rod,coil box and wellbore,and obtains that the motor loss is the main body of energy loss in the whole system operation process.and that motor loss is the main body of energy loss during the operation of the whole system.
