With the acceleration of industrialization,private vocational colleges,mainly composed of applied and skilled talents,shoulder a huge mission.In China,due to the rapid development of the economy and society,as well as the continuous optimization of the industrial structure,there is an urgent need for high-level professional and technical talents.In this context,the talent cultivation work of private vocational colleges is facing new challenges.In the context of industrialization,how to efficiently manage students and enable them to achieve better development in learning,employment,and other aspects is an urgent problem that private vocational colleges in China are facing.This article analyzes the problems in student management and education in private vocational colleges in China,and proposes corresponding optimization and improvement suggestions in order to provide some reference for student management and teaching in private vocational colleges in China.
