《"十四五"全国档案事业发展规划》明确指出:"积极探索知识管理、人工智能、数字人文等技术在档案信息深层加工和利用中的应用.档案馆作为档案信息资源的存储中心,推进其顺应时代的档案服务模式转型升级,有利于档案智慧化服务提质增效.本文剖析档案信息资源建设的困境与问题,阐释人工智能给档案信息服务带来的新变革,有针对性提出档案信息服务的发展思路与对策,希冀为我国智慧档案馆建设提供借鉴与参考.
Abstract
The"14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Archives"clearly states:"Actively explore the application of knowledge management,artificial intelligence,digital humanities and other technologies in the deep processing and utilization of archival information."As the storage center of archival information resources,the archival library promotes the transformation and upgrading of its archival service mode in line with The Times,which is conducive to the improvement of the quality and efficiency of archival intelligent service.This paper analyzes the difficulties and problems of the construction of archival information resources,explains the new changes brought by artificial intelligence to the archival information service,and proposes the development ideas and countermeasures of archival information service,in order to provide reference for the construction of intelligent archives in our country.
