基于海绵城市理念的高校雨洪管理实践探究

摘要
近年来,由于高校校园规模的扩大和地面硬化面积增多,导致雨水渗透减少,排水系统压力增大,一些高校的排水系统设计不合理或老化,导致在暴雨时无法及时有效地排除积水,出现了内涝频频光顾高校校园现象,影响学校及师生财产安全.海绵校园核心目标是通过雨水收集、渗透、储存、净化和再利用等一系列生态化措施来减缓和分散地表径流.鉴于当前高校校园多已建设成型以及对城市生态环境的重要影响,针对性利用海绵校园理念对现有校园环境进行改造,改善既有生态环境和水文特征,提升雨洪管理能力具有较强的可操作性.本文结合最新绿色建筑规范中的量化指标,分析了当前高校校园建设存在的问题和不足,以山东第二医科大学海绵校园改造为例,介绍了规划改造绿地、铺装、山体等的手法和路径,从而有效减少地表雨水径流,提高径流总量控制率,同时增加雨水循环利用,综合治理高校校园水资源、水生态、水污染等问题,为其他高校"海绵校园"建设提供有益参考.
Abstract
In recent years,due to the expansion of the scale of college campuses and the increase of hardened ground area,rain water penetration is reduced,and the pressure of drainage system is increased.The drainage system design of some colleges and universities is unreasonable or aging,resulting in the inability to effectively remove water in a timely manner during heavy rains,and the phenomenon of waterlogging frequently frequents college campuses,affecting the property safety of schools and teachers and students.The core goal of the sponge campus is to slow down and disperse surface runoff through a series of ecological measures such as rainwater collection,infiltration,storage,purification and reuse.In view of the fact that most of the university campuses have been constructed and have an important impact on the urban ecological environment,it is feasible to use the concept of sponge campus to transform the existing campus environment,improve the existing ecological environment and hydrological characteristics,and enhance the stormwater management ability.Based on the quantitative indicators in the latest green building code,this paper analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies in the current college campus construction.Taking the sponge campus transformation of Shandong Second Medical University as an example,it introduces the methods and paths of planning and transforming green space,pavement and mountain.Thus,the surface rainwater runoff can be effectively reduced,the total runoff control rate can be improved,the rainwater recycling can be increased,and the campus water resources,water ecology,water pollution and other problems can be comprehensively treated,providing a useful reference for the construction of"sponge campus"in other universities.
