摘要

传统制造业一直是我国推动高质量发展的重要基础性工作,是发展形成新质生产力的重要组成部分.加快发展新质生产为传统制造业数字化转型提供了重要机遇、强大推动力和良好政策环境.加快发展新质生产力,能增强传统制造业创新驱动能力,促进生产要素、生产模式和科技创新方式变革.将传统制造业数字化转型作为发展新质生产力的重要内容要一体化部署安排,统筹推进,充分发挥政府引导和企业主体作用,进一步推动相关硬件设施、设备的更新改造,大力支持关键共享技术开发,强化制度保障和人才支撑.

Abstract

Traditional manufacturing has always been an important foundational work in promoting high-quality development in China,and an important component of developing and forming new productive forces.Accelerating the development of new quality production provides important opportunities,strong driving forces,and a favorable policy environment for the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing industry.Accelerating the development of new quality productive forces can enhance the innovation driving capacity of traditional manufacturing,promote the transformation of production factors,production modes,and technological innovation methods.We need to make the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing an important part of developing new productive forces through integrated deployment and arrangement,coordinate and promote it,fully leverage the role of government guidance and enterprise entities,further promote the updating and transformation of relevant hardware facilities and equipment,vigorously support the development of key shared technologies,and strengthen institutional guarantees and talent support.
