摘要
NFT数字艺术品是新互联网时代下数字经济与区块链技术融合的产物,在为数字艺术品市场多元发展提供潜能的同时,也带来法律风险.在此背景下,本文以知识产权为视角,对NFT数字艺术品概念与特性、NFT艺术市场发展状况、NFT数字艺术品铸造与发行交易过程中产生的著作权侵权认定,以及相应监管与法律保护规制等方面进行探析.
Abstract
NFT digital art is the product of the integration of digital economy and blockchain technology in the new Internet era.While providing potential for the diversified development of the digital art market,it also brings legal risks.In this context,this article will take the perspective of intellectual property to explore the concepts and characteristics of NFT digital artworks,The development status of the NFT art market,Analyzing the identification of copyright infringement and corresponding regulatory and legal protection regulations arising from the process of NFT digital art casting and distribution transactions.
