摘要

随着信息技术的不断进步,计算机通识教育在培养应用型本科生计算机应用能力方面扮演着至关重要的角色.针对《办公自动化》课程采用混合式教学模式,探索有效的教学策略,以提高学生的学习成效.研究样本包括不同性别、学制和学科背景的本科生.研究发现,性别、学制和学科类别均会影响学生的计算机应用能力.女生的参与度和学习热情较高,其课程成绩和计算机二级证书的获取率均略高于男生.四年制学生课程成绩和计算机等级证书获取率优于二年制学生.不同学科背景的学生在课程成绩和学习行为上存在差异.

Abstract

With the continuous progress of information technology,general computer education plays a crucial role in cultivating the computer application skills of applied undergraduate students.This study explores effective teaching strategies using a blended teaching model for the"Office Automation"course to improve student learning outcomes.The research sample includes undergraduate students of different genders,educational systems,and academic backgrounds.The study finds that gender,educational system,and academic discipline all affect students'computer application skills.Female students have higher engagement and enthusiasm for learning,with slightly higher course grades and acquisition rates for the Computer Level 2 Certificate compared to male students.Four-year students perform better in course grades and have a higher acquisition rate of computer proficiency certificates than two-year students.Students from different academic backgrounds show variations in course performance and learning behaviors.
