摘要
立足于产业需求的宏观背景下,课证融合反映了整个软件技术行业的发展趋势和需求.随着信息技术的不断发展和普及应用,软件行业呈现多元化发展趋势,对各类具有综合素质的软件技术人才需求不断增加,以此适应快节奏、多样化、变式的市场环境,而从微观的层面来说,产业需求的课证融合背景则更加反映个体组织软件技术人才的育人需要,立足于软件技术专业人才培养的本质需要,从课程设计、实训教材融合等多方面考虑个性化需求,从而形成产、教、学、研一体化育人体系,从而保证所培养出的软件技术人才,能快速适应各类市场变化以及环境挑战.本文基于产业需求的课证融合综合实训教材,在软件技术专业人才培养中的实践与应用展开分析和论述,以期可以给广大相关工作者提供参考.
Abstract
Based on the macro background of industrial demand,the integration of curriculum certification reflects the development trend and demand of the entire software technology industry.With the continuous development and popular application of information technology,The software industry presents a trend of diversification,The demand for all kinds of software and technical personnel with comprehensive quality is increasing,To adapt to the fast-paced,diversified and variable market environment,At a micro level,The background of certification integration of industrial demand more reflects the educational needs of individual organization software technical talents,Based on the essential needs of software technology professional personnel training,Considering personalized needs from the aspects of curriculum design and integration of practical training materials,Thus forming an integrated education system of production,teaching,learning and research,So as to ensure that the software and technical personnel cultivated,Can quickly adapt to various market changes and environmental challenges.This paper analyzes and discusses the practice and application of software technology professionals based on the needs of the industry,hoping to give suggestions or inspiration to the majority of relevant workers.
