产教融合背景下康复机构规范化发展的研究与实践

摘要
在政府政策的支持下,社会的巨大需求下,我国康复机构获得了巨大的发展机会.产教融合的职业教育发展模式也为我国康复机构的发展提供了大量的高素质人才,进一步推动了康复机构的发展.但我国康复机构快速发展的同时还存在一些问题,比如,服务质量降低、专业人才缺乏等问题.在产教融合背景下,政府部门、行业协会、职业学校以及康复机构要共同协作,促进康复机构的规范化发展.
Abstract
With the support of government policies and huge social demand,China's rehabilitation institutions have gained huge development opportunities.The vocational education development model of industry-education integration has also provided a large number of high-quality talents for the development of my country's rehabilitation institutions,further promoting the development of rehabilitation institutions.However,while my country's rehabilitation institutions are developing rapidly,there are still some problems,such as the decline in service quality and the lack of professional talents.In the context of industry-education integration,government departments,industry associations,vocational schools,and rehabilitation institutions should work together to promote the standardized development of rehabilitation institutions.
