虚拟仿真教学在高职护生自我导向能力发展中的应用研究

摘要
随着科技的快速发展,虚拟仿真教学作为一种新型教学方法,在高职护生的自我导向能力发展中发挥着重要的作用.文章通过对虚拟仿真教学的概念、特点、分类及技术手段进行分析,结合高职护生自我导向能力的特点与影响因素,对高职护生的实践操作能力、问题解决能力及创新能力提出虚拟仿真教学目标.研究结果表明:虚拟仿真教学在高职护生自我导向能力发展中能够提供一个安全、交互性强的学习环境,帮助高职护生培养和提高创新能力,并通过实时反馈指导、团队合作沟通等方式促进高职护生的创新思维和实践能力的发展.
Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology,virtual simulation teaching,as a new type of teaching method,plays an important role in the development of self-directed ability of senior nursing students.The article analyzes the concept,characteristics,classification and technical means of virtual simulation teaching,combines the characteristics and influencing factors of the self-directed ability of senior nursing students,and proposes the virtual simulation teaching objectives for the practical operation ability,problem solving ability and innovation ability of senior nursing students.The results of the study show that virtual simulation teaching can provide a safe and interactive learning environment in the development of self-directed ability of senior nursing students,help senior nursing students to cultivate and improve their innovative ability,and promote the development of innovative thinking and practical ability of senior nursing students through real-time feedback guidance and teamwork communication.
