教研室作为传统的基础教学组织,在数字化教育转型的今天也发生了变革,利用数字化、信息化技术建设虚拟教研室,可以助推工科专业的建设,带动工程实践教育质量的提升.数字化基层组织要发挥其特性,服务教育服务师生,培养优秀的专业拔尖创新人才和提升专业教师的业务水平.
Abstract
As a traditional basic teaching organization,the teaching and research department has also undergone changes in today's digital education transformation,and the use of digital and information technology to build a virtual teaching and research department can boost the construction of engineering majors and promote the improvement of the quality of engineering practice education.Digital grassroots organizations should give full play to their characteristics,serve education and serve teachers and students,cultivate outstanding professional top-notch innovative talents,and improve the professional level of professional teachers.
