摘要
民办高校大学生就业面临着人才供求关系的结构性矛盾突出,毕业生缺乏就业核心竞争力,毕业生"缓就业""不就业"等一系列现实问题.产教融合视域下精准办学定位,完善人才培养机制;以就业为导向,健全职业指导体系;拓宽就业渠道,落实就业帮扶政策是民办高校大学生高质量充分就业的现实路径.
Abstract
The employment of private college students faces a series of practical problems,such as the prominent structural contradiction between talent supply and demand,the lack of core competitiveness in employment for graduates,and the"slow employment"and"no employment"of graduates.Accurate positioning of education in the context of industry education integration,and improvement of talent training mechanisms;Guided by employment,establish a sound career guidance system;Expanding employment channels and implementing employment assistance policies are the practical paths for high-quality and full employment of college students in private universities.
