人力资本对绿色经济发展的静态和动态影响研究

摘要
随着经济发展模式的转变和对生态环境保护意识的提高,人力资本的培养和利用成为实现绿色增长和可持续发展的重要策略.本文以2006-2020年我国30个省份为研究对象,综合运用静态和动态面板数据模型,实证分析人力资本对我国绿色经济发展的影响,得到如下结论:首先,随着人力资本水平的提高,绿色经济发展水平表现出显著增长的趋势;其次,绿色经济发展存在滞后性,上一期的绿色经济发展水平促进当期发展;最后,人力资本水平滞后一期能显著提高绿色经济发展水平.
Abstract
The cultivation and utilization of human capital is a key strategy for achieving green growth and sustainable development.Analyzing panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2006 to 2020,it is concluded that:human capital positively influences the development of the green economy;the previous stage's green economy development positively affects the current stage;and the initial lag in human capital significantly promotes the improvement of green economy development levels.
