科创金融的内涵外延、国外经验及政策启示

摘要
近年来,我国科创金融发展取得了积极成效,但与科技强国建设要求相比以及发达国家相比,科创金融服务能力仍有待提升.本文探讨科创金融的概念、内涵与外延,并在系统梳理我国科创金融发展现状,以及部分发达经济体科创金融发展经验的基础上,提出推动我国科创金融高质量发展的政策建议,以期更好地发挥科技创新与金融创新的协同效应,助力科技强国建设.
Abstract
In recent years,China's development of science and technology innovation finance has achieved positive results,but compared with the requirements of building a strong technology country and the developed countries,the service capacity of science and technology innovation finance still needs to be improved.This article focuses on exploring the concept,connotation,and extension of science and technology innovation finance.Based on a systematic review of the current development status of science and technology innovation finance in China and the experience of some developed economies in the development of science and technology innovation finance,policy recommendations are proposed to promote the high-quality development of science and technology innovation finance in China,in order to better leverage the synergistic effect of science and technology innovation and financial innovation,and assist in the construction of a science and technology strong country.
