摘要
本文分析全球光伏产业的专利申请趋势,探讨专利转让和许可趋势,介绍专利转让和专利许可的发生主体,以及技术分布情况,注意到高校是专利运用的重要角色.基于专利的重要指标,设计一套评分体系,遴选出一部分尚未进行专利运用的潜在高价值专利.最后,提出提高中国高校专利运用率的建议,以促进技术转化和产业发展.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the global patent application trends in the photovoltaic field,exploring trends in patent transfers and licensing.It introduces the entities involved in patent transfers and licensing,as well as the distribution of technologies.Notably,universities play a crucial role in patent utilization.Based on key patent indicators,a scoring system was designed to identify a selection of potentially high-value patents that have not yet been utilized.Finally,the paper proposes recommendations for improving the patent utilization rates of Chinese universities to promote technology transfer and industrial development.
