摘要
在全球化科技与经济发展及信息技术迅速进步的背景下,高职院校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,在培育创新型和技术应用型人才方面扮演关键角色.专利是衡量这些机构研究和实践成效的关键指标.然而,incoPat数据显示,尽管中国高职院校的专利申请增长,但存在类别单一、转化率低等问题,主要由于申请流程差异、质量不足、转化策略局限和缺少价值评估造成.本研究通过分析四川省八所"双高计划"高职院校的专利数据,提出改善专利申请及成果转化策略和建议,以提升高职院校的技术创新和实践成果.
Abstract
Under the background of global science and technology,economic development and the rapid progress of information technology,higher vocational colleges,as an important part of higher education,play a key role in cultivating innovative and technological application-oriented talents.Patents are a key measure of the effectiveness of research and practice at these institutions.However,incoPat data shows that despite the growth of patent applications in Chinese higher vocational colleges,there are problems of single category and low conversion rate,mainly due to differences in application process,insufficient quality,limited transformation strategies and lack of value assessment.By analyzing the patent data of eight"double High plan"higher vocational colleges in Sichuan Province,this study puts forward the strategies and suggestions for improving patent application and achievement transformation,so as to improve the technological innovation and practical achievements of higher vocational colleges.
