高职院校内建设京东产业学院的产教融合模式研究

摘要
本文以连云港职业技术学院"京东数字商务产业学院"为例,分析其在校企协同育人、人才培养模式创新、"双师型"教师队伍建设等方面存在的问题,提出了构建"双院长"管理体制、实施"一主线、双主体、三递进、四融合"人才培养模式、开展"领航计划"提升师资水平等优化对策,为同类院校产教融合人才培养提供借鉴.
Abstract
This paper uses the"JD Digital Commerce Industrial College"at Lianyungang Vocational and Technical College as an example.It analyzes issues in school-enterprise collaboration,innovative talent training models,and the construction of"dual-teacher"teams.The paper suggests solutions like a"dual-dean"management system,a"one mainline,dual subjects,three progressions,four integrations"talent training model,and the"Pilot Plan"to improve faculty quality.These can serve as references for other colleges aiming for industry-education integration.
