The vibration problem in elevator operation not only affects the ride comfort,but also may lead to equipment wear and failure.In order to improve the smoothness of elevator operation,this paper investigates the influence of the structural parameters of the rail support on the vibration suppression effect of the elevator.By establishing a finite element model,simulating and analyzing the influence of different bracket parameters on the characteristics of elevator vibration suppression effect,and combining with the experimental validation results,it is found that the geometry,material properties and installation method of the guide rail bracket significantly affect the vibration characteristics of the elevator.After optimizing the structural parameters of the bracket,the vibration amplitude is significantly reduced and the smoothness of operation is significantly improved.
