This paper deeply studies the resource allocation and optimization strategies in scientific research project management,explores the impact of resource allocation on project progress and quality,and proposes a scientific and reasonable resource demand prediction method and dynamic resource allocation mechanism.At the same time,it points out the problems of uneven resource allocation,resource waste and inefficiency in my country's scientific research projects,and improves the efficiency of resource allocation through refined management and modern tools.
