摘要

临床试验在创新药产业链的上下联动中发挥着重要支撑作用.当前我国临床试验领域面临一体化服务能力不足、患者招募等关键环节数字化转型滞后,以及数据科学研究能力尚有短板等关键挑战.本文从以数字化、网络化、智能化为基础支撑,以数据为关键生产要素,以融合式创新为核心驱动力等方面,提出构建临床试验领域新质生产力的创新路径.同时提出坚持科技创新与制度创新双轮驱动、加速培养高素质复合型人才、积极参与国际合作交流等相关建议,旨在推动我国临床试验发展迈上更高台阶.

Abstract

Clinical trials play a significant linking role in the industrial chain of innovative drugs.This field in China is confronted with daunting challenges such as insufficient integrated service capacity,lagging digital transformation of key links like patient recruitment,and weak research capabilities in data science,etc.Leveraging digitalization,networking,and intelligence and driven by integrated innovation,this paper proposes new pathways for developing new productive forces in the field of clinical trials by using data as the key production factor.Concurrently,it puts forward relevant suggestions such as pursuing the dual drive of scientific and technological innovation and system innovation,accelerating the training of high-quality interdisciplinary talents,and actively participating in international cooperation and exchanges.The goal is to bring the development of clinical trials in China to a higher level.
