摘要

电力现货市场是一种实现电力实时交易、反映电力供需关系和价格发现的市场机制.本文围绕电力现货市场建设模式策略展开深入研究.通过对国际电力现货市场建设经验与启示的分析,总结了跨国界交易、统一市场规则以及技术创新等关键因素.同时,结合中国电力现货市场的实践与探索,探讨交易平台建设、市场主体参与度以及市场监管机制等方面的问题与挑战.在对比分析国内外电力现货市场建设模式的基础上,提出我国电力现货市场建设应兼顾国内外经验与国情实际,加强规则完善、技术创新与监管优化等策略.以期为我国电力现货市场的健康发展提供理论支持和实践指导,推动电力市场的深化改革和资源配置优化.

Abstract

The power spot market is a market mechanism that facilitates real-time electricity trading,reflects the supply and demand relationship of electricity,and discovers prices.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the construction model and strategy of the power spot market.By analyzing the construction experience and revelations of international power spot markets,key factors such as cross-border transactions,unified market rules,and technological innovation are summarized.At the same time,combined with the practice and exploration of China's power spot market,issues and challenges regarding the construction of trading platforms,participation of market entities,and market regulatory mechanisms are discussed.On the basis of comparative analysis of domestic and international power spot market construction models,it is proposed that the construction of China's power spot market should take into account both international experience and national conditions,strengthening rule perfection,technological innovation,and regulatory optimization strategies.This paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the healthy development of China's power spot market,promoting the deepening reform of the power market and the optimization of resource allocation.
