This study looks at how industry-academia-research collaboration helps with the digital transformation of higher education in Guizhou.It examines the challenges these institutions face,suggests building digital platforms,training versatile talents,creating benefit-sharing mechanisms,and improving innovation policies.The findings show that this type of collaboration can better use resources,improve digital skills,and speed up the upgrade and innovation of traditional industries,offers practical strategies and recommendations for Guizhou's higher education institutions to overcome digital transformation challenges.
