Full life cycle cost management through systematic management from the planning,design,construction and operation and other stages of the project cost,reduce unnecessary costs,to achieve the overall economic benefits of the project.This paper discusses the cost management of the whole life cycle.On this basis,it discusses the cost and consulting optimization path from the stages of decision-making,design and bidding,so as to provide reference for realizing the maximum economic benefits of the project.
