This paper focuses on the material management of power grid engineering projects and proposes an information management strategy based on the project life cycle.Taking Jinshan Company as a case study,it proposes a systematic management strategy through demand analysis,model establishment,and scheme design.The research results show that this strategy can significantly improve the efficiency of material management,enhance risk control,and reduce management costs.
