摘要

预测性维护是基于数据采集与分析、系统集成与控制、智能决策等技术,在对设备运行状态进行实时监控的基础上,对设备故障的发展趋势进行预测,进而对设备运行状态进行在线监测和故障诊断,及时调整维护策略和预测性维护决策,实现故障的主动预防和主动控制.本文从智能制造系统架构角度出发,分析了智能制造中预测性维护控制系统的设计要求、主要技术、业务流程等内容,旨在为制造企业提供一种实现预测性维护功能的方法.

Abstract

Predictive maintenance is based on technologies such as data collection and analysis,system integration and control,and intelligent decision-making.Based on real-time monitoring of equipment operation status,it predicts the development trend of equipment failures,and then conducts online monitoring and fault diagnosis of equipment operation status.It adjusts maintenance strategies and predictive maintenance decisions in a timely manner to achieve active prevention and control of failures.This article analyzes the design requirements,main technologies,and business processes of predictive maintenance control systems in intelligent manufacturing from the perspective of intelligent manufacturing system architecture,aiming to provide a method for manufacturing enterprises to implement predictive maintenance functions.
