China's manufacturing industry has always plagued by issues like"big yet weak"and relying mainly on imports for key technologies.The connection between the industrial chain and the innovation chain is not close enough.With global profound changes,the deep integration of"dual chain"is an inevitable requirement for building a new development pattern.In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed to"promote the deep integration of innovation chain,industry chain,capital chain,and talent chain".Starting with"digital intelligence"era,this article explores the mechanism of"dual chain"integration development,expands the theory of"dual chain"integration,analyzes the current situation of integration,and proposes policy recommendations based on existing problems.
