摘要

文章采用发明专利计量统计分析的方法,以我国专利数量排名最高的江苏省为例,挖掘发明授权专利重点领域分布态势、专利成果转让转化分布态势,提出专利授权与知识产权转化的战略设计、校企合作创新式服务提升专利授权及转化率、以教学创新为导向建设师生队伍的优秀实践.未来我国高职院校知识产权专利转化的实践理路创新,应该高度关注以下几个方面:开发高校和科研机构存量专利,促进专利价值增值;强化知识产权专利转化政策导向,构筑良好服务生态;规范培育知识产权要素产业市场,完善专利转化链条.

Abstract

The paper adopts the method of measurement and statistical analysis of invention patents,and takes Jiangsu Province,which ranks the highest in the number of patents in China,as an example to explore the distribution of key areas of authorized invention patents and the distribution of patent achievements transfer and transformation.The paper proposes the strategic design of patent authorization and intellectual property transformation,the excellent practice of university-enterprise cooperative innovative service to improve patent authorization and conversion rate,and the teaching innovation-oriented construction of teachers and students.In the future,the practical innovation of intellectual property patent transformation in higher vocational colleges should pay great attention to the following aspects:developing the stock patents of universities and scientific research institutions to promote the value increase of patents;Strengthen the policy orientation of intellectual property and patent transformation to build a good service ecology;Standardize and cultivate the intellectual property factor industry market,and improve the patent transformation chain.
