摘要

为了降低施工成本,本文提出了优化材料采购、提高施工效率、加强项目管理及风险预防与控制等策略.在A机场的弱电系统改扩建工程中,项目投资涉及多个关键区域和子系统.通过采用BIM技术,实施了三维模拟和管线优化的工作,提高了建设效率并减少了错误及重复劳动.也调整了材料采购策略,预期这将降低材料成本10%~15%.对于建设效率的提升策略将有可能缩短工程周期10%~15%,从而有效减轻人力成本以及时间成本负担.

Abstract

In order to reduce the construction cost,this paper puts forward the strategies of optimizing the material procurement,improving the construction efficiency,strengthening the project management and risk prevention and control.In the weak current system reconstruction and expansion project of A Airport,the project investment involves several key areas and subsystems.By adopting BIM technology,the work of 3 D simulation and pipeline optimization is carried out,improving the construction efficiency and reducing the error and repetitive work.The material procurement strategy has also been adjusted,which is expected to reduce material costs by 10%to 15%.The improvement strategy for construction efficiency is likely to shorten the project cycle by 10%~15%,so as to effectively reduce the burden of labor cost and time cost.
