The partition walls are the key structure to realize the single-hole tunnel with two tracks,and the fast and automated construction of partition walls is the key point of the single-hole tunnel with two-track construction.However,there are certain deficiencies and difficulties in the construction of partition walls in existing projects.To address this issue,this paper researches the fully prefabricated partition wall and its automated construction technology based on the Shanghai Airport Link Line.Through the research on complete sets of partition wall assembly equipment,partition wall assembly construction process,quality control,and other technologies,the resulting technology is applied to the automated construction of prefabricated partition walls.In addition,it achieves the goals of high construction accuracy,good quality,high efficiency,etc.,and realizes the synchronized and automated construction of the partition wall,which reveals good results.
