摘要

基于交流注入法,向线缆注入不同频率的低频电压信号,通过测量响应电流的大小,计算线缆对地电阻和对地电容,能有效识别线缆绝缘故障和预测线缆寿命.系统以STM32F103芯片为控制核心,通过低频交流电源向各相线路注入频率可调的低压信号,通过对电流信号进行提取和分析,得到线缆参数以及低频介质损耗角.经过较长时间实际运行测试,基于多频信号注入法的线缆绝缘监测仪测量最准确,装置可靠有效.

Abstract

By injecting low-frequency voltage signals of different frequencies into cables based on the AC injection method,you can measure the response current,calculate the cable resistance to the ground and the cable capacitance,and effectively identify the insulation fault and predict the cable life.The STM32F103 chip is used as the control core of the system,and low-voltage signals with adjustable frequency are injected into each phase line through low-frequency AC power supply.Through the extraction and analysis of current signals,cable parameters and low-frequency dielectric loss Angle are obtained.After a long time of actual operation test,the cable insulation monitor based on multi-frequency signal injection method is the most accurate measurement,reliable and effective device.
