摘要

本文针对可修系统,应用多状态可靠性理论,构建可修状态下的三状态冷贮备系统.给出系统可用度、稳态故障频率、平均开工时间、停工时间、周期等重要指标计算方法,并结合实际算例,基于MATLAB编程求解处于各种状态下可修复的两单元三状态冷贮备系统可用度、稳态故障频率、平均开工时间、停工时间、周期等重要指标.得出三状态单元冷贮备可修系统的可靠度与二状态单元冷贮备可修系统有所区别.

Abstract

In this paper,based on the theory of multi-state reliability,a repairable three-state cold standby system is constructed.The calculation methods of system availability,steady-state failure frequency,average start-up time,downtime,period and other important indexes are given.Combined with practical examples,the availability,steady-state failure frequency,average start-up time,shut-down time and period of the repairable two-unit three-state cold standby system in various states are solved by MATLAB programming.It is concluded that the reliability of three-state-unit cold standby repairable system is different from that of two-state-unit cold standby repairable system.
