The uncertainty in the operation of the distribution network has significantly increased,posing challenges to traditional distribution network operation control methods represented by network reconfiguration.In recent years,Smart Soft Opening Points(SOP)have gradually been applied in distribution networks,enriching the operational control measures of the distribution network.This paper replaces traditional tie switches with SOPs to establish an optimization model for distribution network operation that considers network reconfiguration and smart soft switches,and calculates the collaborative strategy of network reconfiguration and smart soft switches using the artificial fish swarm algorithm.Test results in the IEEE 33-node system indicate that proposed method can enhance the economic efficiency and safety of the distribution network operation.
