摘要

本文基于内蒙古2002~2021年的面板数据,使用STIRPAT扩展模型构建等式,并用熵值法赋予数字经济和绿色发展评价指标,进行回归、内生性检验、中介效应检验等实证分析.研究发现,数字经济可以促进内蒙古制造业绿色发展,数字经济回归系数为0.227;产业结构优化和绿色技术创新没有提高数字经济的回归系数,但二者都可以促进内蒙古制造业绿色发展,回归系数分别为4.166和0.290;绿色税收对内蒙古制造业绿色发展暂时起不到促进作用.在此研究基础上,为内蒙古制造业绿色持续发展提出建议.

Abstract

This article is based on panel data from Inner Mongolia from 2002 to 2021,using the STIRPAT extended model to construct equations,and using the entropy method to assign evaluation indicators to the digital economy and green development.Descriptive statistics,regression,endogeneity tests,mediation effect tests,and other empirical analyses are conducted.Research has found that the digital economy can promote the green development of Inner Mongolia's manufacturing industry,with a regression coefficient of 0.227 for the digital economy;The optimization of industrial structure and green technology innovation as mediating variables did not increase the regression coefficient of the digital economy,but both can promote the green development of Inner Mongolia's manufacturing industry,with regression coefficients of 4.166 and 0.290,respectively;Green taxation has temporarily failed to promote the green development of Inner Mongolia's manufacturing industry.Based on this research,suggestions are proposed for the subsequent green development of Inner Mongolia's manufacturing industry.
