摘要

氢能是全球能源转型发展的重要载体,也是未来国家绿色低碳发展的重要战略性新兴产业,因此因地制宜发展氢能产业赋能新质生产力具有重要意义.本文从原材料优势、产业优势、政策优势和区位优势四个方面分析了重庆发展氢能赋能新质生产力的优势.虽然我国氢能产业处于起步阶段,但是重庆作为中国传统的工业基地,在制氢原材料、产业基础和氢能应用端等领域具有显著优势.

Abstract

Hydrogen energy is an important carrier for the development of global energy transition,and is also an important strategic emerging industry for the future development of the country's green and low-carbon development,so it is important to develop the hydrogen energy industry to empower the new quality of productivity according to local conditions.This paper analyzes the advantages of Chongqing in developing hydrogen energy to empower new productivity from four aspects:raw material advantages,industrial advantages,policy advantages and location advantages.Although China's hydrogen industry is in its infancy,Chongqing,as a traditional industrial base in China,has significant advantages in the areas of raw materials for hydrogen production,industrial foundation and hydrogen applications.
