摘要
本文基于产学研合作视角,分析我国科技成果转化面临的技术供需信息不对称、成果转化激励不足、风险分担机制缺失等问题,提出构建技术供需精准对接平台、完善科研人员激励政策、建立多元化风险共担机制等对策建议,以供参考.
Abstract
Based on the perspective of industry-university-research(IUR)collaboration,this paper analyzes the issues faced by technology transfer in China,including information asymmetry between technology supply and demand,insufficient incentives for transfer,and the lack of risk-sharing mechanisms.Countermeasures are proposed,such as constructing a precise matching platform for technology supply and demand,improving incentive policies for researchers,and establishing diversified risk-sharing mechanisms are put forward for reference.
