In the aspect of innovation-driven strategy and high-quality development,there are some problems which limits the enterprise high-quality development,such as basic research,applied research,product R&D and industrialization development,the value creation potential of innovation factors is not fully developed and so on.This paper focuses on the industrial chain and innovation chain,and uses the method of value creation process,combined with the income-cost-profit framework of the innovation main management.The development model of collaborative innovation mechanism is put forward,which is suitable for the demand of enterprise innovation-driven development.
