In the context of the new era,scientific and technological innovation has become the core driving force for China's high-quality economic development.As the key body of scientific and technological innovation,the scientific and technological management of colleges and universities is facing unprecedented challenges.This paper analyzes the current constraints of science and technology management in universities,mainly including the lagging management system,the lack of professionalism of the management team,the low depth of industry-university-research cooperation,and the imbalance of the scientific research evaluation system.Aiming at these challenges,this paper proposes strategies such as promoting the reform of management and service,strengthening the construction of professional team,deepening the cooperation between industry,academia and research,and optimizing the scientific research evaluation system,aiming at promoting the innovation and development of the scientific and technological management of universities,and providing a new qualitative force for the high-quality development of China's economy.
