摘要

积极探索与教育、科技、人才"三位一体"新样态相适配的新载体和新机制,对于实现高质量发展和建设社会主义现代化强国具有重大理论和实践意义.本文以南京工业大学土木工程学院为例,探索科产教融合模式下的招生—培养—就业联动机制.笔者在分析构建联动机制的价值向度和现实困境的基础上,提出打造多路径一体化招生矩阵、打造科产教融合人才培养新范式、打造高质量充分就业硬实力的探寻路径,努力为中国式现代化提供强有力的人才支撑.

Abstract

Actively exploring new carriers and mechanisms that align with the new trinity of education,technology,and talent is of significant theoretical and practical importance for achieving high-quality development and building a great modern socialist country.This paper based on the analysis of the value dimensions and practical dilemmas in constructing the linkage mechanism,it proposes pathways for creating a multi-path integrated enrollment matrix,developing a new paradigm for talent training through the integration of technology,industry,and education,and building the strength for high-quality full employment.This effort aims to provide strong talent support for Chinese-style modernization.
